BAI Validatory audits are undertaken when a physical onsite verification is deemed necessary to ascertain the authenticity and credibility of the credentials provided by the service provider. Duration of Validatory audits will typically be for a minimum of 1 man-day, however the duration may be mutually increased depending upon the complexity of the scope and size of the organization.
At BAI, we systematically validate processes and assist organizations in integrating validatory audits into their quality assurance framework, which is imperative for the sustained success and credibility of the organization.
Scope, duration, audit deliverables, milestones and applicable fees of the validatory audits are mutually agreed upon and documented through a formal contract/agreement.
These audits may or may not include specific feedback from concerned CBs & ABs. The same is mutually agreed during the finalisation of scope.
BAI reports back the findings to Customer and updates the directory of certified companies, where applicable.
